Covid-19 Measures

We have a number of measures in place to help reduce health risks for our tenants, including: 

Separate ventilation for each unit

Only three to four students will be living in each unit with its own kitchen and laundry facilities

Only a minimal number of students will regularly access each common entrance (between 2 and 11 other students depending on the unit)

Ultimately, only you (and your family) can know what's best for you.

Independent living can be an important part of the college and educational experience. 

Some students will choose to sign a lease and live away from home regardless of how classes are delivered.
